WestEgg Partners is a Boston area startup incubator. We are looking for local entrepreneurs with a good idea for a promising startup. We will take an equity stake in the company and also offer you guidance to help grow your company.  The characteristics we are looking for in potential investments are as follows.

	Business must be based in the greater Boston area.
	High growth potential - We are not interested in small businesses that plan to stay small, or are not scaleable.
	Cash flow positive in the near term - Biotech companies with a long FDA approval process or companies dependent on unproven technologies gaining mainstream acceptance are not a good fit for WestEgg Partners given the size of our typical investments and our time frame.
	Industry - Due to the non-compete restrictions of one of our partners, we can’t make investments in the insurance space. We also will not consider companies that are significantly dependent on the health of the Boston real estate market eg. hotels, motels, apartments, and home builders.
